How do I change the address on my order?

We will only be able to update the shipping address on an order so long as the order has not yet shipped. Please contact our support team immediately so we can attempt to adjust the order in time.


Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

During Checkout, you can specify a different shipping address than your billing address.


Do you ship outside India?

We currently ship to only in India. We will try our best to start shipping outside India as soon as possible.


How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order once placed, please contact us within 24 hours as we are unable to cancel orders once they are dispatched. In such case you will have to refuse to accept the delivery.


I think my package has been lost

Please note that all ship times are estimates and not guaranteed. For all orders, shipping times can be 2-8 business days once your order is processed by our shipping partner. If your status says delivered, and you do not have it, please check with your friend and family once. Many times the order is handed over to them.  If still you are not able to find the order,  please let us know and we will take further action with the order.


Production Times

All of our items are produced on demand to ensure the best possible quality. Because of this, it can take up to 1-3 business days for your order to be ready to be shipped.  Most of our products except for framed poster, wrist watch, t-shirt and Cushion are usually dispatched within 24 hours of your order placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at this point with a link to track your order.


Where's my order?

You may check your order status by clicking the links in your order and shipping confirmation emails. You can also access your orders via your account at (please note you need to sign up for an account first if you have not created one). All items are shipped within 3 business days, this does not include transit time (the time it takes our carrier to deliver your package). If your order has being shipped, your package(s) will typically arrive within 2-8 days.


How do I check my order status?

What is payment status?

If the payment status is pending, it means that the order is on Cash on Delivery, i.e. you will pay for your order once it reaches you.

Else if the payment status is Paid, you have already paid for your order using one of the online payment method.


What payment types do you accept?

Apart from international payments, we accept almost every credit card, debit card and Online Bank Payments.




Can I combine my orders?

If you placed different orders and want to combine them, please let us know. We will check the shipping schedules and combine the orders if possible.


My order arrived damaged

If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the item(s) and any additional description. We will review it and begin processing a replacement right away.

I was charged more than once for my order

If you discover a duplicate charge on your card please contact us with your order number(s) and first and last name so we can find the transactions and get it fixed right away.


How do I frame your prints myself?

An affordable framing option is to get a a custom mat made for a standard frame. You can also float the artwork on top of a standard matte in a standard frame. You can have your art custom framed and matted, but this can get expensive. All of our Art Prints are also available as Framed Prints if you'd like them ready to hang. Check them out now!


I received the incorrect items

Please send us a photo of the item(s) and any additional description. We will review it and begin processing a replacement right away.


I'm missing items from my order

If you're missing an item, double check the package and other products to make sure it's not hiding somewhere. Different products have different shipping schedules and are split into different orders so it may still be on the way. If you still can't locate it, please let us know and we will make sure you get what you ordered.


Do I receive an order confirmation?

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that PosterGuy has received your order. You will receive a second email when your order ships. If you have received either of these emails, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the email contact us and we will send you the order confirmation directly.


I did not receive my order confirmation email

Please check the spam folder to locate the email and make sure we are not marked as spam so that you may receive future confirmations from us too. Also please check alternative emails that you may have used when placing the order.


When will my refund show up?

All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Refunds should appear on your account in 2-3 business days if issued to a credit card. Refunds issued to a bank account typically take 7-10 days to reflect on the account balance. If your refund does not show on your account balance within this time, please contact your

credit card company or financial institution. If you have opted for Cash on Delivery, we will ship the refund amount via Cheque to you.


 There is no tracking information for my package.

Sometimes tracking information in not properly displayed for the order due to information miscommunication with the courier partner. In such cases either you can track directly on the courier partner website or mail to us. We will check with the courier partner and send you the update.


I did not receive my order confirmation email

Please check your spam folder and any other email addresses that you may have used. If you are unable to locate a confirmation email, just contact us with your first and last name, date you placed the order and the order # and we will lookup your order for you.


I received a product with low resolution artwork.

We appreciate you brining this to our attention. We take many steps to instruct artists how to properly prepare their files and our system is designed to detect a majority of these issues. Sometimes an artist can upscale their artwork which circumvents our screening, additionally an artist may intend a distressed or low fi style. Due to to the large number of files we receive daily we can not always detect these issues beforehand. We have notified the artist regarding these issues and provided instructions for them to update the file. If the artist can update the file to our satisfaction we can issue a reprint. If they are not able to do so or if you prefer not to wait we can offer a refund and you can select a different print. Please let us know your preference.


The special characters in my address are not showing up correctly in my email confirmation.

Your email client may not be displaying the characters correctly. If you provided us with the correct address we have it and it will show up correctly on the shipping label.


My iPhone case doesn't fit my phone

The slim profile of our iPhone Cases is designed for a snug fit. As it is made for you, sometimes the case gets loosened/tightened due to heating issues. In such case, please contact we will replace the case as soon as possible.

How can I return/exchange my order?
